Thank you for visiting my page. My name is Lisa Lorincz and I am a retired school teacher whose hopes and dreams are to teach what I love doing: creating, exploring, sharing, and laughing. I initially started painting furniture as a way of escaping from the stresses of everyday life. I found joy in hunting for hidden treasures that I could breathe new life into. After just a few short years Sweet and Sassy Treasures was born. Along with transforming furniture I make wood and metal signs, upcycle old liquor bottles, and repurpose vintage windows. I look forward to sharing these passions with others through classes and studio time.
Sweet and Sassy Treasures offers painting classes for the beginning artist, intermediate classes that feature blending and color washes, and specialty classes for stenciling, texturing, decoupage and transfer methods. Individual lessons and private parties are also available.
