We strive to make sure that you are completely happy with your purchase! Please note that all sales are final with the exception of damaged goods.

Sweet and Sassy Treasures is not responsible for packages once they are shipped. Orders are insured by carriers for $100 unless the buyer requests additional insurance at the time of placing the order. Additional insurance is at the expense of the buyer.

If anything is damaged or missing please notify me within 24 hours of receipt of product. For damaged items, take photos of the outside of the package/box and all contents. Be prepared to present the package to USPS or UPS as that is their policy. USPS will not honor a claim without it. Damaged items will be exchanged with identical items when available and shipped within 24 hours.
