This is the base price for the DECOUPAGE virtual workshop Saturday February 27 at 1pm EST. You will be added to a private Facebook group where I will do the project live with you. If you can’t join me live you can view the video for 2 weeks. 
Your kit includes an 11x17” board, an 11x17 print of either the ballerina or the lady, and a section of either the Wander (Lady) or Winter Song Wreath (ballerina) transfer. You will need a decoupage medium (I use DIY Clear Liquid Patina), white chalk style paint (I use DIY White Swan), matte spray sealer (I use Rustoleum), sealer (I use DIY Big Top or Paint Couture Flat), plastic credit card style card, brushes. OPTIONAL: I’ll be using the IOD Kindest Regards Stamp with IOD Stone Grey ink on the background). You really could use any stamp and paint or ink or leave it plain.
